Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our wedding planning services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.​

1. Definitions

​

  • "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Rose & Pearls Weddings by Ankita.

  • "Client," "you," and "your" refer to the individual or entity engaging our services.

  • "Services" refer to wedding planning, coordination, consultation, and any other related services provided by us.

  • "Agreement" refers to this contract between the Company and the Client.

    ​2. Service Agreement

    ​

  • A detailed Service Agreement will be provided outlining the specific services offered, fees, payment schedule, and timeline.

  • The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and access to venues, vendors, and other relevant resources to allow the Company to fulfil its obligations.​

    ​3. Payment Terms

    ​

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25%  of the total fee is required to secure your wedding date.

  • The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding date.

    ​4. Cancellations and Refunds

    ​

  • Cancellations made 60 days or 90 days before the wedding date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Refunds are not available for services already rendered

    ​5. Vendor and Third-Party Services

    ​

  • Rose & Pearls Weddings by Ankita may recommend third-party vendors but is not responsible for the actions, services, or products provided by these vendors.

  • Clients are responsible for entering into separate agreements with any third-party vendors.

    ​6. Liability

    ​

  • The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay that occurs during the event due to the actions or negligence of vendors, the venue, or the Client.

  • The Company will not be responsible for any force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the fulfilment of services.

    ​7. Client Responsibilities

    ​

  • The Client agrees to provide accurate information and respond promptly to requests for decisions or approvals.

  • The Client is responsible for ensuring that all vendors and participants in the wedding comply with venue rules, local laws, and ordinances.

    ​8. Intellectual Property

    ​

  • All materials, designs, and concepts developed by the Company during the course of providing services are the intellectual property of Rose & Pearls Weddings by Ankita.

  • The Client may use these materials only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

    ​9. Confidentiality

    ​

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of this Agreement.

    ​10. Governing Law

    ​

  • The laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, located in [City], Ontario.

    ​11. Amendments

    ​

  • Rose & Pearls Weddings by Ankita reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.

  • By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
